Thank you. Many years ago 2 guys wrote a book called " The Cholesterol Myth". Suggest reading it. Cholesterol is vital as is salt and all the other healthy foods, butter, eggs, animal fat, red meat, etc etc etc for your body.

It's always a matter of the right balance. Just to lower cholesterol as low as you can in the hope you might save one life out of a hundred or more overlooks the damage from the drug; and from over-reduction of cholesterol that might cost even more lives. We need independent studies in that area.
