The Really Bad
On March 15, 2020, Anthony Fauci called for lockdowns to prevent COVID’s spread. He found the resistance frustrating.
In a June 17th, 2020 podcast interview Fauci stated the lockdowns had saved millions of lives. He claimed it was “inconceivable” that people did not believe the science behind them:
“One of the problems we face in the United States is that unfortunately, there is a combination of an anti-science bias that people are — for reasons that sometimes are, you know, inconceivable and not understandable — they just don’t believe science and they don’t believe authority,” Fauci said.
Seems Fauci himself was one of the “inconceivables.”
In a June 18, 2020 email exchange with Debra Birx, Fauci wrote that he was “obsessing” over the fact the lockdowns were not stopping the spread.
“I have been obsessing about the increases in cases that do not seem to be related to openings or closings or massive crowds. I believe that ultimately we will see increases related to all of the above; however, right now we may be looking for the lost keys under the light of the lamppost.”
One day after telling the public lockdowns succeeded, he privately admitted they accomplished nothing. It gets worse!
After mocking Americans for doubting the “science” he shares that he has no idea why the outbreak was continuing:
“There is something inherent here that we are missing and that is insidiously keeping the outbreak alive in the USA, and that is more concerning than anticipated spikes associated with identifiable events.”
The something “insidious” was Fauci’s ignorance of science. There was ample evidence that lockdowns would not stop the spread, and yet he appears dumbfounded as to why.
The WHO’s 2019 Guidance: “Non-pharmaceutical public health measures for mitigating the risk and impact of epidemic and pandemic influenza” makes it clear:
“Home quarantine of exposed individuals to reduce transmission is not recommended because there is no obvious rationale for this measure, and there would be considerable difficulties in implementing it.”
Fauci deluded his way into ignorance, while glowing in the spotlight of fame and eviscerating anyone who burst his glam-bubble.
Worse than lying…while admonishing 330 million Americans, scientifically, Fauci had no idea what he was doing.
The Surprisingly Good
Despite Fauci’s loyal followers and the besotted media defending him to this day, there is good news. Most think he will never see the inside of a prison no matter the proof.
But attorney and Florida gubernatorial candidate Rachel Rodriguez may be changing that likelihood. Rodriguez and Mimi Miller from the Vires Law Group have been filing letters with 50 states’ authorities petitioning them to prosecute Fauci and other high-level officials for violations that occurred in response to the COVID pandemic.
The partners have been interviewing victims and reviewing state statutes for years leading up to the letters. 7 States, including Florida, where Rodriguez is domiciled, have received official petitions in addition to letters. The initial petition was filed in 2023.

The full and unconditional pardon Fauci received from President Biden affords him no protection as it only refers to federal, not state prosecutions. According to the U.S. Constitution:
Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution grants the President power to:
“grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”
The key phrase is “Offenses against the United States.” That means federal crimes only — violations of the U.S. Code, prosecuted in federal courts by U.S. Attorneys. A state crime is an offense against that state, not against the United States.

You will recognize many of the “experts” whose errant advice we were told ad nauseum to follow. When anyone suggested the lockdowns were unscientific, this was the crew they trotted out.
